This post is partially about a Fairy and partially about how the Lord is a Lord of exactness.
A few weeks ago Isabella had a friend tell her about her "fairy" and how if you "make it they will come", as in a box home and the Fairy. She created a home and wrote a note and left it in her room for the Fairy. Little did I know that this happened and needless to say the fairy never came. She decided to move the box into a room in the house no one slept in so the Fairy would feel more free to visit. So it got moved into the laundry room. Fairy came. The fairy did not leave the fairy dust though as Bella so politely asked for. So, Bella has been waiting for awhile for the return of the fairy and the promised dust that Fairy said she would bring on her next trip to Houston.
Problem was the Fairy ran into some financial roadblocks on her way back to Texas. It weighed on my heart because I knew Bella was looking in the laundry room every morning when she woke up. First thing.
As I was visiting with a friend this week she invited me over to browse through her stash of products to see if I could use anything. We had not mentioned Fairy Dust or Pixie Dust or anything like it. While I was rummaging through her goodies I came across a bottle of "Fairy Dust". It was perfect! Fairy visit that night. Happy daughter next morning.
One problem still. Then Bella thought to ask Fairy for one more Pixie Dust for her cousin Brennan because when his fairy visited she took everything from the home and left nothing. :( haha
One more dust is requested now but this taught me a great lesson in how the Lord is a Lord of exactness. That was one small, though be it large, thing my heart yearned to give my faithful and innocent child and I couldn't get it on my own. It was exactly what was needed. He provided.
I don't think I have much longer for my girls to believe. As of now only the two small ones do. Time goes fast. I like to make things like this happen. Thanks to my friend too for making that happen. I am amazed.
Awe :) How he provides when HIS timing is right! I love this story!!
